I can’t quite recall the cross streets where this guy lives — it’s NE 60th St and 3somethingth Ave NE. And I’m not sure how legal he is — painted city fire hydrant and all. But he is quite, quite cute.

That guy is at 60th and 36th or 37th on the southeast corner. He has a compadre on 12th Ave NE 3 or 4 houses north of 75th on the east side of the street. I’ve seen others around the city. Do you think they are aliens?
He is on 36th and 60th. He’s been that way for as long as I can remember, which is about 30 years. Looks like he needs a touch up…
