A big thanks to the incredibly conscientious supervisor at the Wedgwood PO who, upon discovering that my newly renewed passport had been mis-sorted and not delivered, delivered it herself to my door at 8pm Saturday night. She said she was concerned that I get it since there was no mail delivery Monday (President’s Day) and I might need it. I’d say that was customer service…kudos to USPS!
